Proudly Announcing our
Collaborative Partnership with:

We are pleased to announce that EURBANLAB and Construction21 signed a collaborative partnership to launch a comprehensive Showcasing service for the European sustainable building sector. The two organisations joined forces to increase best practice dissemination and the exposure of innovations for sustainable cities.

Construction21 is a collaborative platform, dedicated to all professionals active in the sustainable construction sector. Nicknamed “The Social Media for Sustainable Buildings & Cities”, the organisation has a large database of sustainable buildings and a large European network, with platforms in 10 different countries. They are linked together with the English International platform connected to 'BUILD UP', the European Commission website dedicated to energy efficiency in buildings.

- Together, the organisations will have almost 17.000 registered European members and 2.500 unique daily visitors to their websites -

By joining forces, Eurbanlab and Construction21 aim to further intensify the sharing of knowledge and exposure of urban innovations to accelerate the transition towards sustainable cities.

Showcase publications
Over the past months, Eurbanlab has developed the ‘Showcase publications’ concept – a mixture between an in-depth interview, a project analysis and a glossy brochure.
The aim of these publications is twofold: (1) we aim to extract lessons learned and share best practices in our network of sustainability professionals to increase mutual learning, and (2) we aim to provide solution providers and/or frontrunners with the means to increase their exposure on the European market. By joining forces with Construction21, we are now able to jointly offer the service across Europe and increase the network in which best practices are promoted.

Introducing Showcase video's
Construction21 has developed a service to highlight your best practices: ‘Showcase videos’, a mixture between a video-interview and a project analysis plus an online case study, in detail describe your building and its sustainability aspects (energy, systems, environment performance...). The videos, as well as the case studies are promoted on the eleven Construction21 platforms, including the English International platform, ensuring a worldwide exposure of your green building. This service fits very well with the Showcase publications and is now offered in tandem.
